Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove camshafts. Get pushers of faulty valves.
2. Unscrew candles of cylinders which faulty valves concern.
3. Establish the piston of the cylinder necessary to you in VMT.
4. Twist an adapter in an opening of a spark plug and connect to an adapter a hose of the air compressor.
5. Turn on the compressor, now valves will be kept in a closed position by the compressed air.
6. By means of the special tool, compress a spring of the valve and remove clamps.
7. Remove a plate of a spring, a spring and a spring saddle. If at carrying out this procedure the compressed air in the cylinder does not hold the valve in the closed condition, means, the facet of the valve and / or a valve saddle is damaged.
8. Measure depth of landing of an epiploon of a rod of the valve and remove an epiploon.
9. Examine a valve spring on existence of cracks and other damages. Measure length of a spring and compare it to technical requirements (see subsection 3.3.2).

10. Grease a valve rod with engine oil and establish a new epiploon, using the special tool or the suitable plug.

11. Establish a spring saddle, and a valve spring.
12. Establish a plate of a spring. Compress a spring and establish clamps, if necessary put on clamps a small amount of hermetic.
13. Disconnect a hose of the compressor and unscrew an adapter.

14. Establish all remained details, get the engine and check a head of cylinders on existence of leaks and unusual sounds.
