3.1.7. Final collector

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a wire of the oxygen sensor, remove the sensor if you establish a new collector.
3. Unscrew bolts of the heatisolating screen and remove the screen.
4. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
5. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector and lower the car.
6. Unscrew bolts of a collector and remove a collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean being joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If laying of a collector escaped, address to experts.
2. Establish new laying.
3. Establish a collector and insert bolts.
4. Tighten bolts and establish the remained details.
5. Check operation of the engine.
