7.1.5. Removal and MKPP installation
GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in fuel system. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator and remove the accumulator together with an arm.
2. Remove an airintaking branch pipe and the air filter.
3. Remove a starter.
4. Disconnect wires from a transmission.
5. Include a reverse gear.
6. Disconnect from a transmission switching rod and extending core.
7. Disconnect a wire from the sensor of speed of the car.
8. Disconnect press the cylinder of coupling and fix it a wire slice.
9. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Fix the engine on the lift.
10. Unscrew the top bolts, fixing a transmission to the engine.
11. Remove the fuel filter.
12. Remove the left support of the engine.
13. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove forward wheels.
14. Merge transmission oil.
15. In four-cylinder engines unscrew bolts (And) an arm of an inlet collector (bolts (In) fix a starter arm) and remove an arm.
16. Remove final system.
17. Remove semi-axes and an intermediate shaft.
18. Insert plugs or special caps into openings of semi-axes.
19. Fix plugs a sticky tape that they did not fall out when you will remove a transmission.
20. Remove protective guards and a cross-piece.
21. Unscrew six bolts, braid two nuts and remove a transmission support.
22. Unscrew bolts (shooters) and uncover couplings.
23. Establish a jack under a transmission.
24. Unscrew the remained bolts of a transmission.
25. In 4-cylinder engines unscrew bolts (shooters) and disconnect a transmission and engine arm.

26. Disconnect a transmission from the engine and lower it on a jack.

Installation

Installation of a transmission is carried out upside-down removals.
