5.3.5. Fuel tubes and connections of tubes
GENERAL INFORMATION

Before the beginning of works, surely lower pressure in fuel system.

Tubes of giving and return of fuel lie from a fuel tank in office of the engine and fasten clips to the lower part of a body.

Steel tubes

For replacement of tubes of fuel system use only steel tubes.

If you weaken connections of tubes, observe the following rules:

1. Try not to bend and not передавить a tube.

2. Replace sealing rings

Flexible hoses

Flexible hoses should not be close to elements of final system.

Removal and installation

Installation of a spring clip

 1. Fuel tube

2. 1–2 mm

3. Spring clip

4. Hose

5. 2–6 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in system.
2. Remove the clips, fixing tubes to a body.
3. In those places where rubber hoses incorporate to metal tubes, spring clips (shooter) are usually used. To remove such clip, it is necessary for compressing flat-nose pliers and to shift up. Installation is carried out similarly.
4. Sometimes in connections quick disconnect clips (1 – a clip are used; 2–pads).

Repair

It is necessary to replace all damaged tubes and hoses similar.
